If I understand correctly you broke a carafe of a 3 cup bodum french press.
I paid for HK$100-120 at Sogo a while back.
If you want to buy a new one, as KKKK said, Starbucks probably offers the best deal on Bodum.
I bought its 4 cup and 8 cup from Starbucks around HK$200 and HK$290, respectively.
Or if you want to try a better one, IMHO, you should check out Hario Cafepresso. It gives a cleaner coffee due to a denser mesh filter. It's a doublewall too (heat insulation) which should brew a better coffee. Expensive though at HK$398 at Fresh but cheap when compare to a barebond Bodum Chambord 3 cup at HK$400+ Mark Prince recommended Hario though it may be out of stock soon as Hario seemed to stop the production, according to coffeegeek.com |
