Hi,

I am a new comer. Having browse some big electronic product producter,eg delongi, their expresso maker always has 15 bar. but i read a coffee book's call "?????", the writer said 8 bar is the most suitable.

I would like to know where can I buy a good expresso maker?

whatever $500 or $4,000 espresso machine no any different, to brew a good espresso, you need a good grinder.
grinder is more important than espresso machine.

dont mind the bar(i mean pressure) anymore, ..... i said a lot of time lor ^^; .......... take a look.... copy from another forum......

kckc, after modify, water flow from opv right, because..... ?????????? over 8.4bar.
here is my point, after modify 8.4bar cannot improve your machine. you need to find out the sample division of your grinder.
