Another testing failed, I am going to buy the ??? for sealing which was praised by ???.

About the ?, although I am not going to use ??/??/?/?/???? mixture, I will still buy the aluminium, that is ??/??/?/?/???? .

I've thought about arcylic, it was out because I don't think I can make it beautiful, since it is 1-2mm thick, the cutaway must be ugly.
The Al is cheap though .
I've drilled out some ??, using a drill bit used for wood which seems is not an appropiate tool, not that difficult.

Very,Very confused.
the SUCKed thermostats were melting the boiler gasket.

The following is the whole story.
The brew boiler start to heat up, voltage tested. 1 min later, boiling water sound was heard, 10 sec later, CLICKed. Trying to flush out brew boiler water without sucess. 30sec after the Click, it CLICKed again. The boiler starts to heat, smoke is coming out from the boiler SILICONE gasket and heating element. Then, I turned off the mains and lied on the bed, confusingly.


Two problems.
1. boiler is not full in the brew boiler. the heat conductivity of air is less than water. so, would when the air inside the boiler is 200C and the thermometer outside can't detect?
2. the non-water-covering area in the boiler around the heating element would be extremely hot, so, are the silicone gasket melting before the thermostat could detect?



Please give some advice, guys. I am having no idea now, very confusing. Very sad.

i don't know too much on your design, but pls be note that the thermostat location is extremely important!! it is related to the safety. (in the industrial design, it have to conduct many test to confirm the location...)

In your case, the thermostat location may got some problem...
