by the way, do you have joyful blend? sounds suitable to me according to your cupping review....
Nelf, i have a question, are you still using the Peru as your espresso base?

i am thinking:
40% Formosa
20% Nicaragua Matagalpa Peaberry (dark roast)
20% Colombia Emerald Mountain
20% Gold Top Mandheling
no need to try but it's good to taste Shing gor's version first before roasting it . he's more accurate and reliable than us....

a bit comments---
days after roasting : 2
brewing method : flannel drip
water temp: 86
degree of roast: medium.. (city?)
sweet, nice body which is like dilute 7-11 mango juice. long-lasting aftertaste.
aroma is a bit weak. more to be expected.
