Let's discuss about the most important tools for improving to make espresso.
Please don't say machine and grinder. Of course, a good grinder is a must.

For me, a digital scale is very important to help to find the correct grind.
Very important.

you can still do a good or even godshot w/o a scale, IMO. A tamper is a distribution device that allow us to pack the grounds evenly and maybe, compensate some minor flaws in grinding
