Hello javabean,
Try to open the case yourself,
Check I check where has been SUCKed ?
I guess usually the pipes joining part/s SUCK.
Be careful of the electricity - must be UNPLUG and the Pump - no water through it may causes damage wor.

| r u able to get steam out from milk wand? ocassionally i have this problem too, what i do is keep trying to get the steam to come out and eventually, it will then unblock itself and the hot water will come out from the coffee part |
