dual boiler concept: frothing and brewing almost at same time.
started brewing, suppose frothing can be started, 1person 2hands.
HX machine, froth after brewed is fine...
PID is another story.
??? expresso ? lowest 92 is what I accept. 96 is max.
use espresso machine light roast low temp ?
high pressure extract light roast espresso ??
hope can get good taste |

in your case, ??1?2?.
get used to the HX boiler are good enough, its all about the skill and technique for the HX, for reference:

if want more consistent temperature, think about to install this:
http://www.home-barista.com/espresso-machines/installing-thermosyphon-restrictor-on-expobar-office-pulser-t2789.html
I am thinking a good leva also thermosyphon installed.
HX is what the original design for E61, even today NEW original Faema E61 HX single home machine with smaller boiler also HX.
So learn about HX or don't want to learn HX (dual boiler PIDed)

Single HX boiler needed to be changed within 10yrs ?
If HX not good enough, commercial machine manufacturer discontinued such machine.
Dual boiler, good, but for

By the way, technique ok, frothing milk before cooler extraction.
FLUSH is the technique.
****** E61 originally designed for HX , if dual boiler, E61 not the best brewing group for the whole thing. |
