This machine is excellent !! To me.
((Best Espresso Machine in This World)) <- New York Times.
Many Parts are hand made + Hand Assembly in SWISS.
Hard / Easy to pull depends on your grind / dose and tamp.
And what you want, 35 seconds shot is also nice if there is no overheat with the group.
