search some youtube video to watch first.
set some rules for yourself.
such as grind setting, water temperature, weight of coffee for brewing- ratio 1:16~18 bean to water.
any grinder you have now ?
entrance grinder: Feima 600N, better FujiRoyal R-220, much more better M3!
there are many course in market...
Hand drip which is a very advance level method to brew to me...
There is a good one in causeway bay, on the other hand.. hand drip always closed to cupping and sensory... $$$...
