My current practice is making couple of latte every morning. Espresso is tasted a bit too strong to me though I like the smell of it. I can differentiate between fresh and unfresh coffee, different roast level of beans, however I still find it difficult to cup the difference between beans from different origin.

The reason for considering E61 upgrade to me mainly becasue I want to steam milk and brew at the same time for better taste of drink and convenience. Also, expecting better level of extraction as the filter is larger, pressure and temperature is more stable.

With my current skill, I suspect I might not be able to cup the difference between latte made by any these machines. However if I reach the level of experience and skill like you guys, I may be regret not to get the best functional choice. Yes, I like good looking machine, but as Designer say, at the price point of 12K for HX, it seems not worth. It will be an easier choice if the market have product of less than 10K, with good looking and functional machine, therefore I will keep my eye on super junior too. It seems to me the choices will be less expensive HX or Expobar 2. Any idea about Domobar super double with PID too?

But as Shing gor say, I need to upgrade my grinder first of which is underway.
