If you want, sure no matter how you can make it bottomless.
However, I just use their original one. They have the 2 layours design. First layour on top have many many small holes and the bottom layour only have 1 small hole in the center. This is try to increase the pressure which make it spread and release the aroma. I didn't compare with other machine. But when the coffee brewed out in the cup, a layour of creamer already formed. But depend on the beans, some of the beans will brewed out with some big bubble.
If you knows the machine by Bodum called Granos, the portafiter is the same as this one. The machine I have should using Italy Pump with 19 Bars. (I didn't break down to check, but at least 15bars as most of the machine)
So, I like the taste of coffee from this machine. And important is this machine was a gift by friend. |
