Every time, I will create a layer of fine foam on the surface, the machine is good enough for me to make the foam fine but not strong enough to mix the milk and the foam complete.
So, I will stir them by a spoon after milk frothing, try to mix them a bit better. And then, still have a layer of cream on the surface which cannot mix well. I will just remove them before I use.
With this action, is a lot better. But I still need to try how much cream I need to remove from the surface. It will spend more time for me to try since I only make 1 or 2 cup of coffee every Weekend. |

is the effect of stirring the milk with a spoon any better than just tapping and swirling the pitcher?
but if you're having to scoop away some thick foams, perhaps it means that u're stretching the milk too much and not spending enough time to texture it? |

Stirring the milk and then scoop away some foams make it much better then just swirling and tapping the pitcher.
perhaps you're right that I might stretching the milk too much. I need to find a balance method to eliminate the above procedure. Before I find the right technique, the above procedure make me feel happy already. Long way to go since I only try 1~2 cups a week.
