I miss the ???? so much.... shing gor, can you roast 200g city--????? (or between city and city+)
and my friend wants to try the Drak chocolate blend... but he doesnt have espresso machine, is it okay to do it on drip or should i get the city level?
.... is it okay if i come over to take them this evening?

thx alot...

p.s. i got variety of raw beans from japan ... maybe give you a try next later next week... if i have time to roast them...

very nice jasmine aroma (beans itself either), and suprisingly i found citrus flavour today which i didnt notice a few days ago...very fresh, awakening...... but a but abit more sour and thinner than last time...
maybe it can be roasted a bit darker next time...

talking about Yigacheffe...

I just roasted another 100g of Idido Mista Valley (Yigacheffe +)..

and I use it exclusively for ice-soak.. it is so good..

this is already my 4th roast of this bean.. and I think my roast is getting closer to the sweetspot.. my last roast is so balanced and flavorful.. I don't think there's much I can improve on.. .

Justin you should try it sometimes.. 16g - 240cc of water - fine grind (feima 2.2 for me) soak it for 2 nights in a fridge.. don't move it before it's done.. use paper filter to drain the powder SLOWLY....and GET HOOKED!!
