some coffee ecxperts say HX should not use PID, since these 2 should not put together.
Both things are make stable temperature.
HX better for brewing ??, Dual Boiler with PID better for steam and brewing at the same time ??
PID for both boiler's temperature... ...
HX, if not makes more than 5 LATTE/CAPPU continuosly at home; I think get used to the machine should be acceptable.
of course, temperature number 1 machines are GS3 and such E61 2boilers PID for home.
Faema E61 has PID in 60's ? makes bad coffee without PID ? I am about the factors...
end up: 1-Beans, 2-Roast, 3-Grinder, 4-Water, and 5-the Person and the machine...
Good machines anyway !
Of course, today's grinders improved a lot makes much better coffee.
