For 4020, I think release of stream is not really necessary. It is in fact not good for the environment as so much energy is wasted. After practicing for a while, you can find technique is more important than the machine itself.
The position of the wand is critical. The more you practice, the more you know you can easily control the total amount of foam by fine tuning the position of the wand together with good control of temperature for the milk at the same time. |
