i am using 4020 and
i am new on milk frothing too..
i think you only frothed the surface so thats why the body of the milk was still thin...
i usually keep the wand on the surface with "zee...zee" sound to create whirlpool
and the texture would be okay...
4020 is pretty easy to use..!!
by the way, what milk do you use?
and have you waited until the light off while you do the milk frothing? |
