you mean 4 bar is rotary pump inlet? or outlet?
if inlet, 1.5 ~ 2.5 bar is very very enough.
if over 6 or 7 bar, it doesnt need any rotary pump, if you ground coffee coarse, no temping, rotary pump inlet = outlet, no any pressure, input 6 bar = output 6 bar or under 6 bar.
in hong kong, buiding water pressure is 2 ~ 4.x bar. depend on which floor you live ar, pressure depend on height "no any extra force ar" ar. most people use pressure regulator or pressure reducer to regulate the pressure. $about 100 ~200. mine is $150. by the way most most people no use tim.
why need buffer, 1. you can use softener, good for boiler. 2. regulate the pressure. 3. say goodbye to bubble.
if all of this is done, you can start to tune your machine to become more stable, flexibility, tolerance less than 5% gar machine la.

I'm NOT going to put my machine link to the direct water pipe or supply.
I plan to use A Flojet (a brand name of a kind of pump which only for 5 gallon Bottled water.) pump and a 5 gallon water bottle. The water will be filtered before put into the bottle...

I don't have the photo of the water filter, you may ask shing for it, he is using them.

What is the original Pstat? Mater or CEME?
If it is Mater you may have some problem with water scale blocking the pstat, thus no shut off of the heating element.

????is abundant in Hong Kong.
60% of the machine parts is ????, and I can buy them all in Hong Kong. And I can find 99.9% of the parts in Hong Kong. Till now, I haven't imported anything.

For the Pstat, I am going to use any of them I could find.

I know what is a Pstat. And Shing told me just before I entered this post, the Pt connector in a Pstat is the most expensive.
I didn't bought any Pstat, I am poor now.
