Hello wilson,
If you don't mind, buy a weight scale to weight the grind coffee.
I think total 15gram is good. - Espresso Italiano standard.
I guess you may need to grind coarser when you add 4-5 gram more.
Yes, I agree add more coffee.
Your first 10seconds picture is perfect;
You get 30cc in 25-30 seconds = very very good.
Now, may be a little NOT ENOUGH COFFEE to have the white crema in 25-30 seconds.
I suggest to watch the changing of the espresso color instead of counting the brewing time. Before the color turns to white, move the cup from the drip tray and ready to drink.
The result , it shows a very very good instruction for us:
Your Beans : For Krups XP4020 , 600N grind setting should be 1.5-1.7
= Perfect shot.
