I have bought beans from him.
For normal mocha pot or brewing are fine.
Espresso, depends what you like.
Don't compare his beans to Fresh c b & t h or other fresh roasters nowadays.
Different kind of business and target customer. + *Different TIME
I respect him as I respect Shing & other coffee Pro.
I believe most of Western / Wealthier people buy beans for HOME made fresh coffee from him.
He had supplied Peninsula Hotel before.
He is a nice guy.

I always buy coffee beans from this nice old gentleman. About 2 a month!
I like the taste of his beans for filter. Fresh & smooth.
This is wealth to try and the price is reasonable.
