Hi james,
I have seen the set up long long time ago in Hong Kong.
But they are gas burners.
I guess the shops use most Siphon brewer in Hong Kong still use gas as fuel.

Hi there,
I once saw that the Suzuki Cafe there in Central (can't remember near Sincere building / Wing On building) is using such equipment for the Syphon. You go there to take a look!  |
