?????Espresso ITALIANO standard 7g for each shot +/?0.5g.
So, 15g should be maximum, if you want to follow their rules.
But we always follow what we feel comfortable here * most members here I guess.
By the way, 14-15g rules always with WET puck,
Europe and Italian Cafe use this, their puck is WET.
if you are looking for good puck after brew...
16 - 20g I guess are the range for all double basket.
The aim is best espresso good for drink and comfortable...

?? need to grind finer and , it should come with wet puck.
So, Coffee geeks always use 16.5+ to 19g to get a good puck. |

My Espresso Italiano depends on the height of the grouphead.
