I just received mine last Friday. I've never roasted before, so I'm completely new to this. So far I've done two roasts. It's surprisingly easy to use, but it will take a while to develop individual profiles for different beans.

I ordered mine with a second thermometer (for ET) and a factory-supplied thermocouple (which I will use for BT when I get a digital thermometer).
