well i was gonna get vibration pump, but since it seems that rotary is so much better i might as well....it'll prob end up being in the kitchen anyways so not too bad i guess

sorry, may be I m wrong; but
rotary pump needs good performance filters or soft water.
I end up solved this issue 1time every 3yrs.
Send to professional for descale and deep clean due to HK's water is ok.
Now : 10micron --> KDF --> 0.5Micron carbon block --> 0.1 Micron + GAC for last polish for the favor of water.** I do not boil water, so OK for me.
NO resin, since mineral I found is sweet, good for making espresso.
May be this only a problem for OSCAR kind of machine...
thx for sharing, get many aged home levers from Europe, only scale but all are in 80% condition even gaskets after descaled are still soft and in good working order since 1960's. |
