Would anyone can tell me the dealer info. of Delonghi ? As one part of my Delonghi coffee maker was lost ~_~

I did finally got the info. from Fortress and contacted the dealer this afternoon.
The one I was looking for is the rubber bung which is used for the IFD = steam milk compartment as shown below.
I found it is selling GBP2.5 (but do not shipped to HK). And the HK dealer quoted me the price HKD80...... thus I decided to purchase a separate Latter mixer as below.
